Eurovision Betting Odds

With the first Eurovision semi-final just over a week away there appears to be no respite in the support for both Azerbaijan’s Safura Alizade and Germany’s Lena Meyer-Landrut in the Eurovision betting.

Azerbaijan top the betting right across the board at present with Boyle Sports (Go to Boyle Sports ») offering the best price of 9/4. Alizade will perform her song “Drip Drop” to the thousands present in Oslo and millions watching on television across the continent in the second semi-final on May 27, then if successful again in the grand final on May 29.

As part of ‘The Big Four’ Germany’s Meyer-Landrut receives an automatic entry in to the final of the competition. She is 9/2 with Betfred (Go to Betfred ») to become only the second German to win the contest after Nicole became the country’s only ever winner back in 1982.

However, if you aren’t too keen on betting on the eventual Eurovision winner, there are also a range of other Eurovision betting markets available. Victor Chandler offer betting on the number of Maximums that the winning nation will receive, bwin offer odds on the number of points that the winner will receive and also who will finish last, whilst Ladbrokes (Go to Ladbrokes ») offer betting on the top Scandinavian nation.
