Monday morning and the Premier League transfer rumour mill is in full swing today with anyone who has made a successful pass at the World Cup being linked with a move to England...

Chelsea;
Chelsea are reported to be lining up a £15million bid for Portuguese midfielder Raul Meireles after the winger “impressed during the World Cup.”  German midfielder Thomas Mueller is also being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge as manager Carlo Ancelotti looks to rebuild his midfield following the departures of Michael Ballack, Joe Cole and Deco.

Manchester City;
City are said to be cooling their interests in Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko with the German side said to be demanding £50million for the Bosnian striker. Roberto Mancini is now turning his attentions to Mario Balotelli, Edinson Cavani, Mirko Vucinic and Karin Benzema.

Celtic;
The Glaswegian giants look to be stepping up their efforts to build a squad capable of regaining the Scottish title next season. Cardiff midfielder Joe Ledley, Mexican winger Pablo Barrera and Swedish striker Markus Rosenberg are all being linked with moves to the west coast of Scotland. Whilst Guinean full-back Ibrahima Camara and Montenegro midfielder Slaven Stepjanovic are in Glasgow for a trial with the club.

Wigan;
Latics manager Roberto Martinez is keen to bring in German full-back Lenny Sowah from Portsmouth and Hamilton midfielder James McArthur.
