Manchester City;
Lazio are today reported to have accepted a bid from Manchester City for their Serbian full-back Aleksandar Kolarov. Kolarov would take City’s summer spending up to £75million if he were to complete his proposed £17million transfer from Italy.

They could recuperate that amount and more if Daily Mail reports linking Robinho with a £20million move to Shakhtar Donetsk are to be believed.

Chelsea;
It is looking increasingly likely that Ashley Cole will be leaving south London and England this summer with Real Madrid set to offer the player an opportunity to escape from the hounding English media.

Cole is expected to snap up the opportunity to work with former manager Jose Mourniho at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Sunderland;
Steve Bruce has already this week declared his interest in Manchester City midfielder Stephen Ireland, but is expected to have to stump up £10million for the Irish midfielder.

Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck is also being linked with a loan move to the Stadium of Light although it is unlikely that Bruce will be looking for a forward player at this stage.

Tottenham;
Spurs and Arsenal are set to battle it out for the signature of the highly rated Ipswich youngster Conor Wickham, whilst Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has apparently been offered to both Spurs and Aston Villa by AC Milan who are looking to offload the Dutch striker.
