Button remains Bahrain Grand Prix favourite
Jenson Button is once again the bookmakers' favourite as Formula One teams prepare for the fourth Grand Prix of the season.Williams' Nico Rosberg was fastest in today's practice sessions in Bahrain, but the British Brawn GP driver is 13/8 favourite with Bet365 for the race itself.Fernando Alonso got his Renault round the track in the second quickest time, ahead of Jarno Trulli's Toyota and the Red Bulls of Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber. The latter pair recorded a one-two victory for their team in China last week and Vettel is priced 5/1 to repeat his success in the online sports betting market, making him second favourite.Reigning world champion Lewis Hamilton, who showed a dramatic improvement at Shanghai, recorded the fastest time in the morning session, but could only manage 11th place later in the day.Qualifying gets underway tomorrow and Sportingbet offers 15/8 that Button, who leads the Drivers' Championship, will take pole.
