Jarno Trulli Admits Season Has Been Difficult
Jarno Trulli has admitted that he has had a difficult start to his Lotus career in this year's Formula One World Championship. The Italian noted that he knew it would take time to get the team competitive and reliable because they are starting from scratch, Autosport magazine reports.
Next up for the drivers is the Spanish Grand Prix, with Sebastian Vettel the 9/4 favourite with Paddy Power (Go to Paddy Power &187;).
"Bad luck seems to persevere on my car, everything happens on my car and my car only. So, to this day, my expectations have not been met," he added.
But he admits that it is still early days and he told the news provider they will have to wait until further into the season before his team can fully grasp where they are.
One consolation that he can take is that Trulli believes his outfit are the best of the three new teams to have entered the competition since last year.
