Injury assessments awaited by City
Mark Hughes is waiting to hear about injury assessments of two of his key players following Manchester City's defeat to West Ham United at the weekend.Strikers Craig Bellamy and Robinho both left the pitch early after picking up knocks in the game, which the Hammers won 1-0.Hughes is now preparing his team for a crucial midweek tie against fourth-placed Aston Villa and is hopeful that his squad choice will not be determined by injury.Referring to Bellamy's knee damage, he told the club's official website: "We hope it is nothing serious, we do not anticipate that it will be and it will be checked out on Monday."However, Hughes added that Robinho's ankle knock may prove to be more problematic and suggested that the Brazilian may not play a part in Wednesday's match.A draw between City and Villa is currently priced at 9/4.
