Football Betting - Paul Hart Favourite For The Sack
Portsmouth manager Paul Hart is currently the favourite to be the first Premier League man in charge to get the boot, despite stating that he is "not concerned" about his job safety. Hart took over as coach after former boss Harry Redknapp moved to Tottenham Hotspur and while the former Nottingham Forrest chief kept Pompey up, he has overseen a disastrous first five games of the new season, the News reports.
The south coast team have failed to get a single point so far, with Paddy Power(Go to Paddy Power ») offering odds of 4/6 that Hart will be the next manager to leave his post.
Commenting on his position, the 56-year-old said: "I'm not concerned ... That doesn't mean I don't value my job, though."
Claiming that he favours the omnibus of Coronation Street over Match of the Day, he explained that he was unconcerned about pundit's opinions that Pompey will be relegated this season.
Stan James(Go to Stan James ») currently has Portsmouth at 1/2 to go down.
