Mighty Man to return to Cheltenham

Mighty Man is set to return to action at next week's Cheltenham Festival, it has been revealed.Jockey Sam Thomas revealed that the horse will be ready to compete in the World Hurdle, having not run since 2007.The stayer picked up a serious tendon injury but has been brought back to fitness by trainer Henry Daly, who opted for Thomas as Richard Johnson - the only other jockey to have ridden Mighty Man - is partnering Fair Along."He jumped nicely and I couldn't be happier," said Thomas after schooling the nine-year-old, adding: "We went up three or four times nice and steady. It was nice to sit on him before the big race."Mighty Man has placed twice in the World Hurdle in the past, but is priced 33/1 for next week's run.Philip Hobbs' Fair Along is given odds of 12/1 in the online horse racing betting market, while Kasbah Bliss is currently favourite at 11/10.
