Alan King suggested that the new £40,000 race could be on the cards for the horse after his third-place finish behind Albertas Run at Ascot over the weekend, although he admitted a final decision has yet to be taken.

"I would think the King George would be on the back burner now," he told the press. "I would like to keep him left-handed if we can, but we'll see."
