Sackey to be fit to face France

England and London Wasps winger Paul Sackey should be fit to face France in his country's next Six Nations outing, it has been confirmed. The player had to leave the field during the 14-13 loss to Ireland at Croke Park on Saturday, seeming to have damaged his ankle. But scans have revealed that the injury is not as bad as first feared, with the problem being in his left calf muscle and no damage being sustained to the bone.As a result, he is set to train with the other 14 starting players - including fly-half Toby Flood, who suffered a dead leg - in Yorkshire this week. They will have an extra week to recover ahead of the visit of France to Twickenham, with the match taking place on Sunday March 15th.Saturday's defeat saw England fall to eighth in the International Rugby Board rankings - their lowest-ever position, having topped the table when the system was created in 2003.
