Lamb snapped up by Exiles
Guinness Premiership finalists London Irish have announced that Ryan Lamb will be joining the club next season. The 23-year-old was recently released by Gloucester, but has now joined the Exiles on a two-year contract. And London Irish head coach Toby Booth welcomed the deal, stating that the club's status as a "one of the market leaders" in the development of players was a key factor. The fly-half himself added: "I'm sure the way London Irish plays the game will help me to develop my style of play and provide a chance to gain international honours."Lamb's first duty will be to report for pre-season training in July, by which time he could be linking up with a group of champions. The Exiles are heading to Twickenham for Saturday's final against Leicester Tigers and are priced 13/8 by Skybet to take the title. However, table-toppers Leicester are odds-on favourites in the online rugby union betting market and punters are offered just 6/11 by BetDaq that they will be victorious.
