Rugby Union Betting - Jones Confident Of Sharks Win
Sales Sharks have the game plan needed to overcome the Saracens on Saturday (December 5th), the club's director of rugby has commented. Kingsley Jones stated that while the Sharks are an underdog for the match, with Betfair(Go to Betfair ») offering odds of 131/100 on them winning, the side has "nothing to lose".
"Without giving too much away, we feel we have a good game to take them on. We're going to go there and give it our best shot," he remarked.
According to Jones, the team is currently fit and the players are "keen" to take on the Saracens at the weekend, despite the latter's position in the league.
Currently sitting at the top of the Guinness Premiership, the Saracens have not been defeated after nine rounds, but recently drew to Worcester 12-12.
The bookmakers continue to favour the St Albans-based side, with Betfred(Go to Betfred ») offering odds of 1/4 that they will defeat the Sharks.
