Monye Convinced He Will Make Paris Game
Ugo Monye is confident of lining up for England in the final Six Nations game this weekend against France. The winger was taken to hospital after a clash of heads with Scotland's Kelly Brown, but he has been given the all-clear after a series of X-rays.
England go into the match knowing they only have pride to play for and are heavy underdogs to leave Paris with the victory - Paddy Power(Go to Paddy Power ») has them at 9/2.
And Monye is hopeful that he will be able to play and he expects to take part in contact sessions some time this week.
He told the London Evening Standard: "The care I received at the ground and in the hospital was fantastic and &133; was due to me being dazed."
France are now 1/6 to lift the Grand Slam with Skybet(Go to Skybet ») and Totesport(Go to Totesport »).
