Rashid left out of England team
Adil Rashid has been left out of the England team for the second Test match against the West Indies despite pleas from Chris Adams. The Surrey coach suggested to BBC London 94.9 this week that if he was in charge of England, Rashid would definitely play in the game as it is "time for a change"."I think he presents England with an exciting option ahead of the Ashes," Adams remarked. But the first day of the Test in Antigua began at 14:00 GMT today without Rashid on the team sheet.Instead, the only two changes made to the side that lost the first Test last week were Owais Shah for Ian Bell and James Anderson for Steve Harmison. In the cricket betting, the odds suggest that the most likely result of the second Test will be a draw. The West Indies are the favourites to win the series overall.
