Broad Set To Sit Out Bangladesh ODI

Stuart Broad could potentially sit out the last remaining one-day international (ODI) between England and Bangladesh.

Due to take place tomorrow (March 5th), the ODI is not a crucial match for England as they already clinched the series by winning the first two sessions, Sky Sports News reports.

However, some fans may be concerned that the injury could affect his performance in the upcoming Tests between the two countries.

Broad is suffering from a back problem after experiencing pain during his second over of the second one-day event.

While he continued to bowl afterwards, the seamer left the field after six overs and failed to come out to bat for England's run chase.

He also failed to appear for the squad's net practice this morning in Chittagong.

England may have won the ODI series already, but bookmakers Sportingbet(Go to Sportingbet ») and Victor Chandler(Go to VCBet ») are still offering 7/2 odds that Bangladesh will steal a consolation victory in the last remaining day of play.
