Pietersen 'confident On Test Chances'

England player Kevin Pietersen is confident that his side can win the second Test against Bangladesh.

The South African-born batsman passed 5,000 runs during the game - doing so in the least number of days - but was overshadowed by the home team posting 419, their third highest total in Test cricket.

Of the achievement, he said: "It's something to be proud of. If you look back ten years ago and somebody told me I'd get 5,000 Test runs, I'd have done anything for that."

Pietersen insisted that he is the right man for the job, adding that it will provide a good learning opportunity for the young man known as Chef.
