Murray clinches Miami Masters, Grand Slam odds shortened
Andy Murray's odds of winning a Grand Slam this year have been shortened by Ladbrokes, after the British number one clinched the Miami Masters title.World number four Murray overcame Novak Djokovic - ranked one place above him - in straight sets, closing out the match 6-2, 7-5.The Scot dominated the first set but went a break down in the second, before battling back in the Miami heat to overcome the Serbian.Murray is now rated at 5/4 to clinch his first Grand Slam title in 2009 with Ladbrokes, while Stan James and Totesport offer odds of 6/4.Commenting on that possibility, he said: "I'm training very hard to try and do that but there are so many great players just now and they've been dominating the Slams for the last few years," making reference to Djokovic, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. The closest Murray has come to a Grand Slam win was in last year's US Open, when he lost to Federer in straight sets in the final.
