Tennis Betting - Del Potro: I Need To Get Better
Argentine Juan Martin del Potro has claimed he will only break the top four best players in the world if he trains in a number of areas. The recent US Open champion stated that his serve and forehand are particularly in need of development, but added that going up against the likes of Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray has helped him to improve.
"I have to keep working," he remarked, adding that his goal is to get better in an effort to climb the rankings more quickly.
Commenting on his recent performance in the ATP World Final, where he lost in the final to Nikolay Davydenko, the 21-year-old said he was happy with his performance and hoped it would make him more popular in Russia.
Looking ahead to 2010, the Australian Open is the next Grand Slam event, with Del Potro offered at 9/2 odds with Victor Chandler(Go to VCBet »).
Stan James(Go to Stan James ») considers Roger Federer the favourite for the tournament at 9/4.
