Murray Through To Next Round

Andy Murray eased into the third round at ATP Indian Wells after brushing past Italian Andreas Seppi.

The British number one is the 7/2 to take the title with Blue Square(Go to Blue Square ») and he will be playing Michael Russell next.

Murray won 6-4, 6-4 on his return to the arena, after a shock defeat to Janko Tipsarevic in his last tournament.

The Scot admitted that the conditions had been some way short of perfect but he was happy to get through to the next stage.

"I thought after the first three or four service games I began to serve big. But I won in straight sets so that is obviously good," he added.

Next up for favourite Roger Federer - playing in his first competition since beating Murray in the Australian Open - is a tie against former top ten player Marcos Baghdatis.

The Swiss star is 1/12 to progress with Skybet(Go to Skybet ») and 2/1 to win the whole event.
