Pacquiao tips Khan as future champion
British boxer Amir Khan has been backed to beat Marco Antonio Barrera when the pair meet later this month.Barrera is a seven-time world champion at three different weights and is likely to be Khan's toughest challenge yet.However, Filipino fighter Manny Pacquiao has backed him to be victorious in Manchester, telling skysports.com that his speed is a particular strength."I believe Amir Khan can be a world champion and not only beat Barrera but all the other good fighters in his weight division," said Pacquiao, having sparred with Khan recently.The Brit is currently slight favourite with odds of 8/11 in the online betting market, with the Mexican legend rated at 11/10.Meanwhile, Pacquiao is tipped to overcome Ricky Hatton when they meet in Las Vegas on Saturday May 2nd, with punters offered odds of 2/5.Hatton, who has lost just one of his 46 bouts, is priced 7/4.
