Haye: Fight will happen
Boxer David Haye has postponed his upcoming match against Wladimir Klitschko due to a back injury sustained in training. In a statement, the British boxer was apologetic to his fans and hinted that the delay may be temporary. He said: "I hope that once I have had the sufficient treatment, I will be able to start training again and we can get the fight on as soon as possible."The adversaries have been involved in a pre-match war of words with the Londoner recently referring to his opponent as "Bitchko". However, the Russian wished Haye a "fast recovery" on hearing the news of his withdrawal, with his coach suggesting the fight may be rescheduled within the next four weeks if the injury was not serious.Klitschko, who is Party Bets (Go to Party Bets ») favourite to win the match at 9/20, was last defeated by former-heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis in 2003. Those looking to bet on Haye can find odds of 13/4 at Pinnacle Sports (Go to Pinnacle Sports »).
