Welterweight Manny Pacquiao is in the best shape of his life and will knock out Miguel Cotto when he challenges him for the WBO crown tomorrow, according to his trainer Freddie Roach.

The coach believes Pacquiao, commonly regarded as the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world, is in top form going into the bout.

"We were doing the mitts (training) on Tuesday and every time I was about to tell him something, he made the move before I could say anything," he said.

Roach added that the southpaw's strengths are his footwork and the speed of his hands and went on to predict that Cotto would get knocked out in the fight.

Former International Boxing Council light heavyweight champion Roy Jones Jr will go head-to-head with reigning International Boxing Organisation cruiserweight champion Danny Green in Australia on December 2nd.
