Nicklaus: Woods could break my record

Golfing legend Jack Nicklaus has backed Tiger Woods to break his record of 18 major victories.Nicklaus told Sky Sports News that the American has not been at his best after returning from knee surgery, but is likely to regain his form.And with last year's US Open bringing the world number one's major haul to 14, Nicklaus tipped him to win at least five more."I think he probably will. His work ethic is good enough and he's young enough," he was quoted as saying.However, Nicklaus added that having four knee operations could have an effect and predicted that young players such as Rory McIlroy and Anthony Kim will be among those challenging Woods.McIlroy is currently priced 8/1 by Stan James to win a major this year, while Woods is odds-on with Extrabet to win at least one - at 8/13 - and 6/5 to fail to win any.
