Natalie Cassidy made Big Brother favourite

Former Eastenders actress Natalie Cassidy has been installed as the bookmakers’ favourite for this year’s Celebrity Big Brother after successfully completing her opening-night task.

Cassidy opened up at odds of 7/1 with Ladbrokes but was quickly cut into 11/4 as the opening night played out. She is now favourite in the betting ahead of The Only Way Is Essex star Kirk Norcross who is now 4/1 having hinted that he would be interested in finding romance in the house.

Former X Factor contestant Frankie Cocozza and Loose Woman Denise Welch had opened as the 4/1 co-favourites but have now drifted out to 10/1 and 7/1 respectively.

“Punters are backing Kirk and Frankie and are expecting to see some action. If Frankie fails to live up to his reputation he'll be out early doors,” said Ladbrokes spokesperson Jessica Bridge.

Ladbrokes (Go to Ladbrokes ») also offer odds of Evens that any of the celebrities “get fruity and have sex in the Big Brother house” and 4/1 that Channel 5 bosses are forced to disqualify Frankie for bad behaviour.
