Frankie made new BB favourite

After a night of arguments and tension in the Celebrity Big Brother house Frankie Cocozza appears to be the housemate that has come out of the whole sordid affair smelling of roses.

Bookmaker Ladbrokes now make the former X Factor contestant their 11/8 favourite to win the show, shifting Welsh rugby star Gareth Thomas down the pecking order to 13/8 second favouritism.

“Frankie's finally struck a chord with punters. It looks like Gareth and his nice guy act might fall at the last hurdle,” said Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes.

The public has been voting since last Friday for their winner and the housemate with the lowest number of votes come Wednesday evening will be eliminated.

Ladbrokes (Go to Ladbrokes ») believe that Nicola McLean will be the first go and she is made their 8/11 favourite to be the next evicted. However, the twins have been backed over the last 24 hours in the same market and are now 4/1 (from 6/1), while Romeo has also come in for some support and is the 5/1 third-favourite to be leaving the house this midweek.
