Mayweather 'disappointed' With Pac Man Drug Test Refusal

Mayweather Said Pac Man Is Looking For A Way Out Of The Fight

Manny Pacquiao's refusal to submit to blood testing 30 days before his bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr is an indication that the Filipino fighter is looking for a way out of the clash.

This is the suggestion of a statement issued by Mayweather and his team, in conjunction with Golden Boy Promotions, that points out Pac Man is looking to "walk away from the largest fight in history".

It read: "The reality seems to be that, for whatever reason, Pacquiao does not want to participate in random blood testing."

While Mayweather and his camp are quick to reject that they are accusing Pacquiao of taking illegal performance enhancers, they reinforce allegations that his refusal is a sign that he does not want to fight.

Scheduled for March 13th, the contest has many bookmakers favouring the American pugilist, with Boyle Sports (Go to Boyle Sports ») offering odds of 8/13 that he will come away with the victory.

Betfred (Go to Betfred ») currently has Pacquiao as an 11/8 underdog for the win.
