King Backs Nenuphar Collonges
The Sky Bet Chase at Doncaster this Saturday (January 30th) is set to see a good performance from Nenuphar Collonges, according to its owner.
Alan King's horses have been on good form in the past few days and with Nenuphar Collonges beneftting from a spell of resting, it is believed that the eight-year-old runner could put in a good race.
King added that any problems the horse experienced before Christmas have since been dealt with and, having only been beaten by less than a length in the William Hill Trophy at Cheltenham last year, he is expected to "get into a bit of a rhythm".
"It looks a slightly better race for him and I think the track should suit. He might be well handicapped and this might be more his grade," King explained.
William Hill (Go to William Hill ») will be the best bet for those putting money on Nenuphar Collonges at Doncaster this weekend, with odds of 20/1 available.
Victor Chandler (Go to VCBet ») has Seven Is My Number as the favourite at 7/1.
