Look Here 'may seek Stakes victory'

Look Here ran a good race at the Curragh

Look Here may appear in the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes in July after showing promise in defeat at the Curragh last weekend. Trainer Ralph Beckett said that the filly ran a decent race in the Group One Pretty Polly Stakes, despite finishing after first-placed Dar Re Mi and runner-up Beach Bunny. He said: "Things didn't really work out for her and the rain didn't help and Jimmy Fortune rode a copybook race from the front on Dar Re Mi."Last year's Oaks winner Look Here would move up to a mile and a half, Beckett remarked, with an appearance at either the King George or the Yorkshire Oaks being likely. Punters looking to bet on Look Here in the King George and Queen Elizabeth Stakes on Saturday July 25th can find odds of 8/1 at Bet365 (Go to Bet365 »). Stan James (Go to Stan James ») has Conduit as the favourite to win on the day at 6/4.
