Andy Murray is through to the semi-finals

Andy Murray remains third favourite for the ATP BNP Paribas Open after reaching the last four.The British number one beat Ivan Ljubicic 7-5, 7-6 (8-6) at Indian Wells, setting up a semi-final showdown with Roger Federer.He had to work harder than expected in order to get the past the Croat, but eventually closed out the match and revealed that he was happy with his performance."I thought I did well," said the Scot, adding: "At the end of each set, I started to make more returns. I served very well in the tie-break at the end."Murray will now face the world number two, with the winner of that match booking a place in the first Masters Series event of the season.Swiss star Federer defeated Fernando Verdasco 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) and is second favourite for the tournament at 9/4 with Bet365 , with Murray given odds of 11/4 and Rafael Nadal favoured at 6/4.
